Ok so I've been pushed into eating more frequently smaller amounts but even eating more calories than ever before I'm dropping weight like a parkinsons patient drops pencils.

The same sorcery that is making it hard to determine my maintenance calories. I eat the calories I lose weight. I up the calories I stabilze for fortnight then I start to lose weight again.
That naughty Harry Potter needs to stop playing in the potions cupboard.0 -
Usually, when we eat more frequent and smaller meals we are less likely to eat "junk". Our blood glucose stays level instead of high up and down swings and we are less hungry for empty carbohydrates. Eating more of the right things more often is better and works.

I'm successful doing that too. upped my calories by 500 a day and dropping a lb a week!0 -
My thoughts. I am eating and eating better, giving me more energy at work and even around the house. This is causing me to be more active , faster and just feel like getting off my butt more and I am burning more calories :laugh:0
