Ok, I FINALLY have a couple before and after pics! Started this new lifestyle change in December of 2009 so I've been at it a few months now. As of today I am down 43 pounds!!!! I would like to lose an additional 15 and I'm averaging about a pound a week loss so I hope it continues! My final goal is September 1st so I just may be able to make it!!!!
