new- want to look great in abikini too!

Hi! i'm new. i just started logging my exercise and food today. i used to just keep track fo it in a notebook, but this is so much easier and faster. also, i think it's awesome that we can see a weekly report on how much we've eaten, exercised, lost, etc.

i want too look good in a bikini by march 30. i hope it works!

    thank you! i really do lobe this community and the website! i lost 2 lbs. already b/c it's so easy to keep track and stay motivated! yay!

    welcome to the site!!! it is really great & easy to keep track of your food. try checking out the support/fitness challenge groups as well, they help a lot. congrats on your weight loss so far! & good luck w/your journey!
