    A. Urinating (going pee pee) and defecating (going poo poo) at the same time, but with the urine (pee pee) leaving via the urethra (pee pee hole) and the feces (poo poo) leaving via the rectum (bum),

    B. Having urine (pee pee) and feces (poo poo) leaving via the rectum (bum), or...

    C. Having watery feces (poop that looks like it's been mixed with pee pee) leaving via the rectum (bum)?

    I experience A every time I defecate. I've also experienced C on occasion. I believe B is nearly impossible without a very severe medical condition or some kind of radical surgery.
