I've been on this since Saturday and I'm really enjoying using the site. I think it's helpful and I enjoy tracking my foods and realising how many calories I was eating before, compared to what I'm eating now. I'm only 16 but had to set my age to 20 because I couldnt join! I'm 4'11 and I weigh around 9 stone 1. I think I'm eating pretty healthy and I'm having 3 meals and a snack each day now - compared to before when I had 2 pot noodles, crisps and cakes in a day...
Maybe if you had any time, could you tell me if you think that my diet is good, or bad? and if i'm eating healthy? just so i know i'm on the right track!

hii i'm new too!
3 meals and a snack a day sounds good as long if they're in your calorie limits etc! i agree its so helpful to be able to track calories. it makes me really think about it too!

Hi there! You should learn to listen to your body: Are you hungry? How do you feel? Just keep listening, you'll know if you are eating the right amount. Are you doing any sports? Three meals and a snack - sounds healthy. You'll do it, I'm sure!0

Hi I'm the same height and weight as you, I am 46 though, 2 year's ago I weighed 7 stone would like to get back to that weight, people tell me I dint need to lose weight but I'm nit happy with how I look, I'm logging my food and going to the gym 2-3 Times a week, good luck, let me know how you get on.0
