Exercising Pain

I am wearing compression shorts so that my thighs don't rub against one another.

The problem is that when I get to 2.5 hours or more of exercising, especially walking on the treadmill.

the shorts will ride up and give me a rash where my back thigh ends and bottom of butt touches.

Just wondering if anyone has a fix for this.

After I do exercising, I am walking like I got something up my butt because of the rash. I look handicap walking in public...

The rash will go away in a day but for that day, I'm in pain.

Check out a product called Bodyglide.
  • I actually exercise for 4 hours of cardio and one hour of weight training... but the pain starts at 2.5 LOL
  • Thanks for the BodyGlove. I will look around town to see who sales it.... can't wait for it to come in the mail.

^^ not GLOVE, GLIDE. It's like an aquafor (which is what I use) but comes in a deodorant style applicator.
  • Thanks for the fix. BodyGlove did kind of sound weird.
