i work 6 days a week and most of the day im outside.. does anyone know any good easy meals i can make at night or morning (when i start later) to take with me to work ... i dont mind eating the same thing 2 days in a row so its ok if i make something and have extra...
i like anything except im rather partial to not liking fruit (i only like pears and apple)
any ideas would be greatly appreciated as im tired of boring noodles and rice!
thanks!

You could take leftovers in a thermos, or sandwich wraps are good. Just throw basically the same things you'd put in a sald into a high fiber wrap and roll it up.0

the wraps idea sounds quite good actually :O must go and stock up tomorrow!0

You could get a "mini" crock pot. I got mine at Target for $19.99 but they do sell them on Amazon. Make some turkey chili or really any healthy meal as long as it will can all be heated together. Plug in your little crock pot when you get to work and have wonderful hot healthy meals by lunch time. (It holds about 16 ozs. with a removable and washable container with a sealed lid so you can leave the base at work and just transport your container of food.) Hope this helps.0

It's actually called a "Crock-Pot® Lunch Crock® Warmer"..... this is the only one that I have found that has the sealed container. You can look at it on the Crock pot website just to get and idea0

Here are a few recipes you could cook then take a small container to work to have, that is what I do. I make a huge batch and freeze them in small bags. A nice chunky soup is a great way to fill up too.

2 slices of high fiber, whole wheat bread
1/4 of an avocado, sliced
4 slices of lean turkey breast
2 slices of tomatoes
fresh spinach piled on
some julianne green peppers on the side
big glass of ice water0 -
a looove having whole wheat Sandwich Slims with hummus, spring mix/spinach combo...sometimes avocado, a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese. They are so low in calories and very light that i can usually have 1 and feel full or 2 when i'm really hungry but still feel like i didn't over eat cause they're so healthy!0
