Spin App?

Hi guys, my husband asked for a spin cycle for christmas. I found a nice one on craigslist. I've never taken a spin class and was wondering if you can recommend an app that would replicate a good class. For the time being, I've just been trying to sit for a few minutes, stand for a few, repeat for longer intervals. I need a good iPhone app.

    I've downloaded Spin Lite so that if for some reason I miss a spin class, I can do my own 'make up session' on the individual spin bikes at the gym.

    I haven't had a chance to use the app yet so I'll be interested to see if anyone else has any tried and tested apps but Spin lite gives you 3 training options and 5 different intensity levels (you can also sync different music with different intensity levels which I like).
