Hi everyone I joined myfitnesspal in feb this year and I need some friends to share recipes and exercise routines with haha
any1 out there willing to share, then come and get intouch.

    Hey, Sarah,
    Exercise: I play tag and hide-and-go-seek and catch-me-and-tickle-me, with my 5yo grandson. I also walk when he's busy playing in the dirt (back and forth across the front yard at about 4mph).
    Low Cal Menus: I add fiber to my diet via fruits, veggies, and whole grain carbs.
    I buy fat-free milk, yogurt, and any other fat-free high calcium products, and use those in my menu, in place of the high-fat stuff.

    If you are the type that gets bored with the same exercises all the time, check out exercisetv.tv They have a TON of different types of exercises to choose from. They're not all long workouts either. If you only have 10 minutes to spare, you can find 10 minute workouts. All types too...cardio, yoga, strength training, pilates.......This way, you'll be able to figure out what kind workouts you like (and will continue)to do. :wink:

    Steamed veggies! I love steamed veggies.
    Exercisetv.tv is a great place. I also recommend it. I jog in place while my son is asleep.
    I also download (i'm poor lol) workout dance type dvds off the internet.
    Then, when I go out for a light walk I wear ankle weights. Just to add a little extra boost on my slow days.
