    From what I hear, the mornings seem to be the most accurate time. I've been doing mine in the morning right when I get up and use the washroom. I'll be doing my once a week and mark my progress.

    I weigh every morning right after I wake up and use the restroom. And always naked. :P

    However; I only record my weight once a week on Mondays.

    Whenever I get ahold of a scale...I don't have one and it's fantastic!

    Every morning before showering, after the morning workout. Consistency is the key. Although since I've started with myfitnesspal, i've been eating better, exercising more but have been inching up on the scale. Muscle gain, or gain because of calorie deficit? Thoughts.
  • Use to be multiple times daily. I was so damn obsessed with the scale.

    I weighed in, took photos and measurements on Jan 1st and will again Feb 1st.

    Twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed. Though I'm trying to kick the habit and go once a week. So far it's not working out. ha. It's the curiosity that kills me. I love knowing the daily weight.
