Polar FT4 HRM Watch - Colour!

I've decided to start running adn I'm aiming my goal-crossbow at 5k by 2014. Not very ambitous, but baby steps!

To aid me I wanted to get a POLAR FT4 watch, but can't decide on the colour! There's bronze, silver/black, adn bronze. (Technically the silver is a men's watch, but it's only because of the colour I'm sure.)


Also, do you have suggestions for other watches? They need to be water proof & count calories.

    I think the bronze is pretty neat looking. :-)

    I have the Polar FT60 and I love it. Used to have a Reebok inTouch HRM and it sucked...so I definitely do not recommend that one.

    Congrats on starting to run....bet you'll be at your goal of a 5k way before 2014. Good luck!

    I've got a red FT7 and love it. I went bright so I could spot it at the bottom of my gym bag, so I've got red/silver. *shrugs*

    I will avoid the rebok inTouch for sure!

    Bright is smart, livityliv. I just wasn't sure how much better the FT7 was for the additional $30. How often do you use the online features? Are they worth it?
