stall?

I have a similar post.in a different group but i thought id post here too and get more.feedback.

I am on a keto diet and things have been going well, i really feel good and like the diet. I have been doing 1900 cal a day which should.be a 500 Cal.deficiency. i have been stuck at 179-180 for weeks.

This is science and 1 + 1 is still 2. Why would i be stuck? Some.have suggested i increase my intake a few hundred cals and see what that does but it makes no sense to me because of.the aforementioned math. I am anal aboit monitoring my intake and weigh my food.

What gives?

    What is your TDEE and BMR? What activity level did you calculate your TDEE for? What sort of exercise are you engaging in? How much water are you getting a day?
  • Bmr is 1555. Tdee is 2562. I calculated for light but its probably higher as i am a traditional tanner and its fairly physical work. I do stronglifts 3 x a week. I drink a gallon a day of h2o pretty easily.
