I am very interested in it and have found some of them on limewire. I am wondering if anyone can explain to me how many discs I need to do each day or do I say do disc 1 on monday, disc 2 on tuesday etc....? Plus How long does it take to do each disc? And how long before you start to see the scale move and the sizes go down?

I don't know much about it but I saw someones before and after pic (3 months apart) on this site and she looked completely different. I know that she said this was the system she used. Amazing!0

It is a 90 day program. The workouts are about an hour each day except for Yoga, that is 90 minutes. You do one disc/day except the days you do abripper, which is a separate disc that is about 15 minutes long. As far as the scale movement, that depends on many factors, such as your diet, your muscle gain, etc. It is an amazing program. and very intense. I have dropped several sizes going back and forth between P90x and Power90 (I have knee issues, so, I sometimes have to back off a little with the high impact). I love P90x because of the variety of workouts, incorporating weight training, kickboxing, and cardio. I would be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
