Desperate to lose weight..

Hi ya all.. I am new to weight loss. Need some motivation. " weeks of calorie control and cardio. Any suggestion or tips will be help..

    Thanks for your positivity.. but it would be so nice to at least have any signs to keep me motivated.. anyhooo.. fingers crossed.

    Go a little at a time. And if you mess up one day, just remember that tomorrow is a new day and you can start fresh!

    Zumba is a real great workout :) give it a try. i do it 5 days a week.. i just started on monday and i am down 2 pounds :) dont give up!! and dont weigh yourself everyday.. once a week. also take measure your arms.. legs and stomach. even if you dont see the weight coming off you may be losing in inches which is awesome!!

    can't help but to weigh myself twice a day.. creepy huh ... nyways, i do treadmill 3 times a week 9mph for 25 min.. and mild stretching n few crunches.. hope it pays off..
