I am generally eating high protein low carb as its seems to work for me - lots of energy, and I don't feel hungry between meals, plus losing weight on the scale. However, I am having very unsettled nights and not sleeping well at all and wondered if anyone else had experienced this and what they did. Or did your body just sort itself out?

Are you exercising right before bed?0

no - I generally exercise betwee 10-4pm. My evening routine has not changed since I started - if anything I am more relaxed at the moment0

You body probably needs to adapt to a high protein diet. Its something its not used to. I heard in the beginning it can possibly affect people in different ways like migraines and restless sleep. It should pass.0

Yes! I have been having the same problem. It is getting better now that I have a month behind me on a low carb diet. For awhile it seemed my whole body was just awake and I could n't settle down.0
