Great Buns and Thighs for the ladies!

If you google Mari Winsor Pilates buns and thighs its a 19 min low impact high intensity buns and thighs floor workout that really works the legs!! I love it. Love it so much i had to share!

    I actually memorized her bun and thigh sculpting workout. Nowadays I'm more into pop-pilates, but if I get bored with that, I can always see if I memorized the workout correctly.

    Is the disc specific to buns and thighs ? I have a set of three of her dvds but honestly have never made it through 1 !!!!

    Im not saying to replace squats or lifts at the gym or at home.. i do those anyways.. but if your 5 month old happens to give u 20 mins out of ur day.. i could fit this in

    Pilates is okay but I have seen better results from squats and deadlifts. Since I started doing these my butt has really firmed up!
