I overdosed on walmart pizza and salad. I feel like a sloppy pig.

    That's OK. Don't beat yourself up over it. One day overboard won't ruin your hard work unless you let it affect you so much that you fall off the wagon. Tomorrow is a new day!

    I am with ya, except substitute Blue Moon for Pizza... I meant to only have one, but let's just say it didn't work out that way.
