I'm not sure where you live... I"m in Canada and at Walmart they sell one called Muscle Maxx which is available in chocolate or vanilla. Both are great! They both taste great!!

My fav for taste & health is Raw Fusion, I mix with water & it's STILL good!! 116 cals, 188 sodium & 21g protein per scoop! Around $18 through VitaCost.com.

There are a lot of good but cheap protein powder that you can buy at Walmart. Check out www.bodybuilding.com and search for protein powders and you can also read their reviews. :)

I use Proti- Diet for smoothies. If you get one of the fruit flavors - (Mango peach is my favorite) add 1/2 cup lite soy milk, a serving of vanilla flavored greek yogurt, blend with some ice - you have something I would put on par with Smoothie King, etc, with almost 30 grams of protien. Sometimes I add fresh fruit depending on my calorie standing for the day.

I use a site called Diet Direct.

    Good luck
