ZUMBA calories HELP!!!

Do you record your zumba exercise on mfp as dancing? I have been recording mine as dancing,general. Everyone says zumba burns way more calories, but a lot of the estimates seem insanely high. What are you all doing?

    I use a HRM during all exercise. I generally burn between 700-800 calories in an hour class.

    I wear a HRM too and burn more like 400-450.

    I am 5'9" and 195 lbs.

    I wear an HRM and use either the DVDs or XBOX 360 Zumba Core. Depending on the intensity, I burn 350 to 500 per hour. I am 5'2" and 122 lbs.
