    Complete bull crap.

The idea of blaming a single food group or food item for weight problems is plainly wrong.

Additionally, the narrator makes moral and lifestyle arguments and value judgments as part of his argument for his hypothesis.

Truthfully, if you have some sort of reaction to any food, you should avoid that food. If you do not, then there is no reason to avoid it.

Finally, his insistence that the USDA promotes a high carbohydrate and low fat diet is plainly and completely wrong. The recommended macro partitioning is actually a range of each carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that depends on exercise level, health conditions, age, and sex.

Too many people, including this guy, want so desperately to be able to blame anyone and anything else for weight problems. If it is not a hormonal problem, plain and simply put, the individual is eating too much.

I do agree though that modified wheat is not good for us. Anything genetically modified is not good for us.

Changing the chemical cell makeup of anything and making it into whatever creation you want is kind of crossing a line if you ask me. It just seems so unnatural.

    GMO and Monsanto.

I enjoyed viewing his original film "FatHead". Interesting to see his transformation and lifestyle changes some 3 years later.

The USDA does recommend 6 -11 servings of bread, rice, cereal, and pastas. Here is an interesting article on how they came up with the current pyramid.

    Food for thought :)
