Thats pretty interesting, never thought much about the times I drink water...though I try to avoid to drinking before bed, so I'm not up and down all night lol.0

with all the other things on my mind Im not going to figure out when is a good time to have a drink of water if its with me all day I drink it. I start on my way to work and drink till I am in bed. The way that I look at it as long as you get 8 or more glasses you are doing good.0
