I do zumba, other danco aerobics, circuit aerobics (with weights), just started pilates today, tae bo is a good one, and I do extra core workouts several times a week........ Basically, you can do almost anything from home. What interests you?

Many people here have had success with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.

The previous two are the one's I have heard the most about. Unfortunately the last time I used to do home workouts via home video this lady was in style....

i do zumba as well, i lost a lot of weight with just that and diet =)
  • I use Leslie Sansone's walk at home videos. You don't need a whole lot of room and you can add weights. I'm not in shape enough to do that yet but eventually.

You tube is FULL of any and every type you can imagine, might check that out. :)

You'll find anything from Yoga, to Pilate's, 30 Day Shred, ...well the list is endless... if you're interested in kick boxing, you'll find that there too. :flowerforyou:

    Enjoy!

I love Leslie’s workouts! They are not high intensity, but you can bump that up if needed. I have a 1, 2, 3 and 4 mile DVDs. I also have a 3 fast miles that I really enjoy. Like someone mentioned above, go on YouTube and find something you like. There are so many choices, so you will find something. Good luck!!!
