I need to get back on track

Ok, I had a bad weekend in which I ate way too much fast food. In fact, I've eaten fast food for the last 3 days and now I really reget it especially when I saw how many calories are in each meal. I have a determined mind to do better this week and get back on track.

    I am in the same boat with you. I had a bad weekend and I gained 2lbs. All my hard work gone in just a couple of days!!! :sad:
