Well today I had 2 victories 
First I lost nearly 4lbs and have lost 10lbs in 5 weeks Secondly I had to tighten my belt two notches!!! I mean me, wearing a belt, and having to tighten it?! I would have never imagined it!!! I actually love MFP!!!
