Am looking to find more protein recipes.

I will love to find more recipes with more protein in it. If you guys have some good ones, please post them here.
Am working on my second half, trying to lose the last few pounds left from my last baby. I work out hard, but need better meals. So far I measure what I eat and have lost 4 pounds in the last three weeks. Am only seven pounds away from my goal, but again, I still need healthier food with less fat and more protein to keep me going. Thanks!

    Simple snack idea:

    Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

    2 cups whole almonds
    1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly rub with olive oil and set aside. Put almonds in a large bowl, add olive oil and stir well. Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt and toss to coat.

    Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool and serve or store in an airtight container.

    Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about ¼ cup)

    *i even add a little vanilla to enhance the favors! Enjoy!!
