    Nope... Don't see it... If it is on photobucket change the IMG to lower case...

    My wife (who has lost 129 lbs) and I lost the weight by using MFP. We closely followed the calorie goals on the website, and joined a gym. We spend about an hour a day in the gym and continue to watch what we eat. It has been a struggle, but we have a built in support group in each other! Works out great.
