i need healthy pancake recipie

we every once in awhile will make pancakes id like them to e healthy though

These are amazing, and you can make them in the blender so they are fast and easy to clean up.

I did the math once, and if you make 4 servings out of the whole batch, each serving is about 220 calories.0 -
2 egg whip in bowl
1 banana smash
Add together and cook in skillet with pam butter spray.
I know this really dose not sound good but they are so great.
this will make around 6 small to med pancakes and you can eat them all.
Only 245 cal to them all
a light maple syrup is good on them to.0 -

I like to get the store bought whole grain or buckwheat pancakes.
If I make them myself I use whole wheat pastry flour.
Instead of syrup I add a sliced banana and a little bit of honey.0 -
they sell a gluten free pancake mix at walmart. it can be very bland, so i'd suggest slicing up small pieces of banana, apple, or whatever fruit you would like and mixing the fruit in with the batter. place it on the fire and it comes out good. maybe some sugar free syrup0

i love these. iI's the best recipie or at least the most used i have picked up on mfp. I use the whole egg. Best with blueberries imho.
