When I started this journey, I decided on a charm bracelet as a way to have constant, visual reminders of my progress. I use it as my ticker for my MFP buddies can see at a glance how I am (or not) progressing. It helps keep me accountable.

While I am not at all sure I have earned every one (last 13 pounds lost in under a week due to illness) I am at the point where I need to go buy more beads. I was not sure this day would actually ever get here.
