A lot of people like to rag on it, but go to dailyhiit.com and see what the Body Rock people have to offer. I do their workouts every day and most of it there are modifications you can do to the exercises so that you don't need any of the equipment to do them. In fact, there is a 30 challenge going on right now that had been pretty great. It's kicking my butt for sure!0

That looks like it's beyond a toning issue. I know because my stomach used to be like that. Even at my thinnest of 117 in 2007 I had a bulgy pooch and I was doing toning exercises. My guess is that you have some bowel build up and gluten intolerance. That was my issue and didn't know it for years. I went gluten free and taking probiotics. You may need to get your colon cleaned out or go to Dr. Bob Marshall's health line site and get some laxagen to get you more regular and get some of the goop out of your intestines and colon that's stuck. I say Dr. Bob Marshall because he is truely a king of holistic medicine and his stuff won't kill you years later and it works. My stomach has gone down tremendously since I started doing this stuff.0

You dont need any cleanse.. your body is designed to do that. I do think that testing for allergies is a good idea.0 -
While you may be underweight according to the BMI, you do not look to be underfat. I have a couple of suggestions:
- calculate your TDEE (maintenance) and eat at a very small deficit (250 calories) for a couple of months
- get a good strength training routine such as stronglifts 5 x 5 and strength train - you will be able to take advantage of "newbie" gains while on a deficit
- make sure you get enough protein
- after a couple of months, eat at maintenance and then go to a bulk cycle (geekyjock explains it earlier) - continue the strength training
- go to your doctor and see if you have a sensitivity to anything - I do not think, based on your weight, you stomach is all due to fat
- do not even consider cleanses or detoxes - there is nothing beneficial about them and they can be harmful0 -

www.bodyrock.tv and youtube are great resources. Also, you don't need WT routines for the core, it's all about overall body fat reduction. Core work will just strengthen those muscles but it won't target the fat.0 -
