Needing some advice

Ok so here is my problem I have like 20 workout videos I stated with supreme 90 day and it worked pretty well until I got bored with it and bought some taebo videos and those were great to, I also have some dance videos including zumba fitness and some jillian michaels. My issue is that I am doing it at home by myself and I feel like I am not doing to well, I do the workouts but I feel like I am not pushing myself because there is no one to tell me to or push me. I can't afford the gym that is closest to me and lots of people I know go there and I would rather be at a place were I don't know to many people. Can someone please give me some advice on what to do I am at a loss here and I am not just giving up I am just getting upset and it could be because I am impatient and want to see results faster. I have been at this weight loss for over a year and although I lost 40 pounds, 10 of which I gained back I want to really get to my ultimate goal of 60 pounds and I feel like I am so close but yet so far away and I am feeling very down on myself.

Buy a HRM and use your heart rate as a gauge to increase/decrease intensity.0

are they expensive I have never looked in to that and how do you know how many calories you burn in a workout I don't get how people figure that out0 -

A polar is about $60-70. You input your stats into the watch and wear the chest strap, it will tell you your HR and calorie burn on the watch.0 -
Only you can motivate yourself, and push yourself hard during the workouts.. If you really want it you will do it.. A bunch of us workout at home, find a video you enjoy and keep at it for the duration of the program.. Nothing is going to give you instant results, but not starting is going to get you no results.0

First answer. Do NOT get down on yourself. You have made wonderful progress! That last 10-20 lbs is the toughest for all of us.
Second is be patient with yourself and your program (If you can)
Third is realize like I struggle with that this is not really a temporary thing where we can acheive our goal and then move on with life again. Fitness has to be not just a goal but a lifestyle that we choose and keep for life.
Third, just watch both exersize and caloric intake daily. Exersize moderately for 30 minutes twice a day. Go for walks. Those are so relaxing. Run if you can. (I cant-hurts my ankles so I walk)
Lastly never give up and beleive in yourself!0 -
