Question for female weight lifters

Aside from weights, do you do strength training using your own body weight?

If so, what do your sets and reps look like for:

- crunches
- reverse crunches
- squats
- lunges
- push-ups

I've been doing these regulary at home, but I would like to ask you ladies so that I have a goal I can work towards.



Thanks in advance (and apologies if this is an ignorant question, I am for the most part a swimmer and generally enjoy more cardio activities)!

  • You should go to simplyshred.com they have some pretty good stuff for women that lift weights, like diffrent excersice workouts with weights and without.
