Why do I not loose weight?

Who do I not loose weight?? I do count all the calories, and I only eat healthy. I do work out everyday for about 1-2 hrs and burn between 500-1000 extra calories there. I eat a lot of proteins, like chicken, turkey and eggs. Please I need help.

    Well because to LOSE weight, you need to combine diet AND exercise. Well technically just diet, exercise is the extra bit.

    So how is your diet? How close are you to goal?

    Now you can see my food diary. I didnt use MFP in a month or two, but I ate like I have done the last week in the diary. Healthy (in my opinion :s) alot of proteins and vegetables and fruits.

    I think we found part of the problem. If you aren't measuring and tracking your food, it's REALLY easy to eat more than you think you are.
