Did/does anyone else have trouble sleeping when first starting their new eating plan?

I did when I started mine for some reason. The first 3 or 4 days were whacked.0

Yes, I did/do too. I think it is your body getting all the right foods/excercise now and it is on over load. Like a battery that is just charged way to fast. it goes and goes and goes. After a few weeks, your body should adjust to the fact it will have this energy all the time and it can put it on hold while you sleep.
I have also read that you should not do excercising a couple hours before bed.. that too will keep you up.
