    Thanks, guys! I feel really good able doing this. I've explained on my profile all the things I've been through to get up to this point. I'm just now 'getting it' about counting calories. It's important. :)

    Hi! I always flake on things like this... diets and exercise and such, and I think it would be really helpful if I build some sort of support through this site directly. This seems like a friendly site and it might be just what I need!
