She's on week 5, doesn't have a HRM or the money to get one, she wants to join this site once her internet is sorted out so she is wondering how would she log her workouts
any help is really appreciated!

    You can use this site and put in a new exercise...I do it for the gym.

    I think the P90X fitness guide estimates the workouts at burning 600 calories. Tell her to double check, but I think it does say it in there.
