So, a friend suggested this, and I tried it today since I'm running a fever and don't want to infect people at the gym.
I'm currently doing a powerlifting type routine.
I did this with only 15lb dumbbells (25lb for the easier excercises like goblet squats and swings.)

I don't know if it's the flu talking, but this kicked my lilly *kitten*.
I'm thinking of doing this exclusively during my cut.

Mountain climbers were easy-peasy, but man, the t-pushups wrecked me.

Has anyone else done this for the long term, and how did it work out for you?

Here's the link for reference (hopefully i found the right one)

I haven't tried it, but it looks like a nice intense circuit. I could see doing something like this say once a week on non-lifting days.

    That's it.

Yeah, and it looks really good for cutting, or when I can't get into the gym and only have my small dumbbell set at home. Or for a more 'cardio' type workout.

I might continue to do a light version of it on off days when I get back to heavier barbell training, in about 30lbs of fat loss.

Did this yesterday with 12 and 16K kettlebells with the only change being Dumbbell push press at the end, I did one arm Kb push press changing over halfway.

I like the bodyweight and not having to wait to change plates between sets.

Sweating like a pig after and heart banging on my ribs to get out - but happy!

My hubby has been using this workout on/off for a couple years and loves it. From my perspective, it's pretty effective :)

It also kicked my lilly *kitten*, and then it perked my lilly *kitten* right up

Been doing it for about 2 months now. T pushups are my new fav nemesis. It works everything I need to work on lol. My arms were pretty much my only jiggly bit problem area so I switched the split jumps for dumbbell 21 curls. Problem solved.
