    Meringues of any kind.

Here's some espresso meringues that I love. They're about 50 cals a pop

Two cookes for 170 calories is considered low? Two of most all Girl Scout cookies gave that.

I found that the dough mix was very dry, so you have to be sure to mix it very well. But these were tasty and well received during the holidays.

about.com says that these are 92 cals each, but when I added all of my ingredients into MFP it came out to about 85 per 1 tbsp of dough. YMMV depending on the ingredients you use.

    http://lowfatcooking.about.com/od/bakedgoods/r/lchochipcookies.htm

    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 12 minutes
    Total Time: 22 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 tbsp butter, melted
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two cookies sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg whites, butter, and vanilla; stir in the brown sugar until smooth. Gradually add in the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop dough by the tablespoon onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake one cookie sheet at a time for 10-12 minutes.

    Yields 24 cookies.

2 ripe bananas plus 3 packs of sugar free brown sugar flavored oatmeal. Mash bananas, incorporate oatmeal. Cook as is about 375 for 15 minutes or until crunchy.

I've also added peppermint extract and organic raw cacoa nibs.

ETA: This made about 15 1.5-2" cookies for me at 45 calories per cookie (with cacoa nibs).
