Just saying hi!

I wanted to say hi to my fellow fitness pals. I started using this app last year when I was doing weight watchers and for some reason I just stopped using it. I'm not back on the kick and ready to tackle this eating healthy thing. I've been counting calories all month and have made it a habit to do so. The issue I'm having is exercising.

    Hi. I just started my life style change Jan. 18th. I had the same problem until I leash trained my dog. Now I love walking. Try to think of what you enjoy doing, dancing, boxing, what ever. Think outside the box. Once you start moving you will make exercising a habit just like you changed your eating habits. You already conquered half of the battle. You can do this.
