Apple Chicken Curry with garlic

I got this great recipe for chicken curry from a healthy eating show. I have entered it in the MFP data base as Apple Chicken Curry w/garlic along with the cooking instructions. 402 calories for a filling exotic dish. Enjoy!

    Ingredients
    two chicken breast
    3 tbl spoons of chopped garlic
    6 tbl spoons of shallots or onion (I prefer shallots as they are sweeter)
    1 sliced apple
    18 tsp of chutney
    1 1/12 tsp of curry powder
    1 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
    1 1/2 tsp of sage
    1 tbl spoon of olive oil
    Pre-heat your oven to 350
    Brown your chicken breast in 1 tsp of olive oil
    once they are browned on both sides put them in the oven to finish cooking
    Now saute your garlic, shallot, and apple in the other two tsp of olive oil
    once they are browned, deglaze your pan with 1/2 cup of water ( this will get all the flavorful caramelized pieces loose and into the sauce) add the chutney and spices, let it simmer for one minute while you slice the chicken into thin pieces.
    add the chicken to the sauce and mix it up, add a little more water if needed to get the mixture more saucy.
    Serve over a cup of brown rice.

    This sounds like one I do minus the Chick, but with Red Lentils, apples and Raisins. Sooo Good. Thx for the reminder
