I started my weight lost May 9th, 2012. That day will forever be stuck in my head...lol My starting weight was (yikes) 283lbs. I was at the point where I couldn't fit comfy in my clothes anymore and shopping was out of the question...As of today I weigh 228lbs and wearing a size 16...To me that is unbelievable :) I have worked my butt off, and I have done it all NATURAL which means no help from diet pills or any shakes..etc. The picture is a before of my face, my jeans and after of my face just the other day :)
