I have been "the big guy" all my life. Despite being a very active guy, eating the incorrect food hindered me from seeing any change. In February 2012, my weight had gone to the highest it has ever been, thanks to my poor diet and sedentary lifestyle. That is when my journey with Beachbody began.
Not only have I had tremendous results using Beachbody supplements and programs, but so has my wife and some of my friends! We are all Beachbody Coaches and are now committed to a healthy lifestyle, helping others achieve the results we did.
