Christmas 2011 vs 2012 pic

Hi All,
I hadn't planned on posting a success story up as yet as I don't feel like I'm done yet. But here goes anyway!
I got my christmas photos off my camera only the other day and when I looked back I couldn't believe what I saw! The woman in the photo was a 'normal' sized woman and looked much trimmer than me... but it is me! It took this photo to make me see how far I have come. I looked back at last year's photos and was quite pleased with myself!
I am 5'4 and started off at 220lbs. I am now ??? and have lost 64lbs. I'm not quite sure what my goal weight is, I've not really set one as such but I am sure that I would like to lose at least another 14-16lbs.
Here I am at about my highest weight :
And here is the christmas comparison picture (EDIT, it didn't work so here is xmas 2011)

Thanks all! I am now starting to feel like a success!! I really didn't think I looked much different - it feels very strange for me to say I want to lose another 14-16lbs... I am used to thinking I need to lose at least 50-60lbs!!0
