    Feel free to start your own or there is one for 300 plus... started at 425 myself and down to 301 in 6 months... Feel free to add if you need some support.

    There is a group on here called Heavy Weights for people who need to lose 200lbs or more...

    you could check them out under the groups section.

    That's a good idea. Sometimes it helps to inspire people, because then it helps us to stay on track. It's like a wee bit of extra pressure!!

    Also, don't be afraid to relay your personal struggles with us. Even though we each have different situations, our stories have overlapping tinges of similarities. We can all learn from each other, and it might help if you share your struggles and successes with others so that people can help or learn from you. It might inspire others to be less timid and they'll come out and start sharing.

    You could be a very motivational and moving person here for us all!! You already are.
