It still looks like you need to be eating more. Actually having a meal at dinner time (instead of just yogurt) would be a good place to start. There are many healthy options other than yogurt and chicken breasts. Check out the menu boards to get ideas. Remember, you need to be able to sustain this for a lifetime....not just a couple weeks.

I'm honestly not sure what to say, you are still way too low. How tall are you? What is your BMR? What is your TDEE? How much do you currently weigh and how much are you trying to lose? I'm only 5'3" and those numbers are too low for me. I would also recommend increasing your protein to maintain muscle and cutting out some of that sugar (sugar, sugar, not fruits).

The more I look at this, the more I wonder if you are truly serious.

I am no expert but you asked for opinions so here it is,

-It is not healthy to be eating anything LESS than 1200 calories

you can eat what ever you want and it looks like you are eating a lot of tasty stuff but u are eating a very very small portion of it, to technacly you are not eating enough.

5 fries?? why? i say skip the fries if you are going to eat 5 and eat a bowl of brocoli or any veggie. ( 5 fries will not get you full AT ALL)

I would replace the 'fiber' column with 'fat' and look at the totals. I think you'll be surprised. There really isn't much healthy food in your diet and as the previous post said - more veg, more veg!

If that is an increase, how much were you eating before? If your TDEE is 2,220, I would recommend you eat somewhere between 1,700-1,900 calories for loss and pick healthier foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, good fats, etc). If you have been eating that low, you may see some initial gains as you increase, but it will balance out once your body gets used to it and you will see a loss. This will be much better in the long run for when you reach maintenance. There are much better ways to get the calories and you need MORE of them.

Also, keep in mind you are only trying to lose 3kg...that takes way more time and effort than if you have a ton to lose. I agree with the 1,700+ number for you to shoot for ESPECIALLY if you are also working out.

You can still have treats, just in moderation. Try to fill up on healthy snacks like fruits, veggies and nuts first and then if you're still hungry and craving a treat, have a small one. If you like sweets, try eating some grapes or a banana. I take them to work with me since I have a big gap between breakfast and lunch. Smoothies are a great way to get in some calories while still being healthy.

Small treats will not effect weight loss.
They just need to be figured in to your daily goals.

And since you really have very little to lose, it's going to take you longer to do it.

If your TDEE is 2200 eat closer to 10 to 15% below that number.
You will want to aim for 0.5 pound weight loss a week.

Shouldn't eat below your BMR (on an average).

I think you should reset your nutritional information to include showing fats. From looking at today's diary, my guess is you're higher in fat intake than you should be. Hot dog for breakfast! Also, your sugars are pretty high. The fruit is ok, but may want to look at how much sugar is in the other foods you're eating. You can eat more calories, but it's good to monitor just what kind of calories those are.
