Healthy Pregnancy diet/foods

I was just wondering if any one could share some healthy recipes and mabey some hints on good healthy food thats not raging with calories i am always hungry it seems with this pregnancy and im craving all the rong things .i neeed some good healthy alternatives ? i could munch on ??

    -Whole wheat crackers, like Breton with laughing cow cheese
    -Mixed nuts or trail mix
    -Yogurt with fruit and bran buds or ground flax on top
    -Banana with peanut butter on toast
    -edamame pods dipped in soy sauce.
    -veggies and dip made from plain yogurt and a ranch dressing packet
    -Apples dipped in peanut butter or yogurt
    -Veggies and hummus
    -Pita or tortilla chips with hummus
    -Grapes and cheese or olives and cheese

    High fiber foods will keep you feeling full longer. So will healthy fats, which are important for a developing brain and nervous system anyway.
