Hi All, I've found this site just in time. I have drastically gained weight over the passed 4 years due to depression. I am finally coming out of my funk and am ready to take control of my body again. Looking forward to reading and helping where I can.

I found this tool online and love it. I am so hopeful that this year I will finally be getting back to my ideal weight. I love to exercise, and do it at least 6 times per week. However, calorie restriction has been the issue. I love sweets and cookies . Being able to write down what I ate at the end of the day makes me aware that I do have to cut down on my intake. So here I am embarking on this journey...0

I struggle with depression too, which can make weight loss difficult. I would love to be friends and support each other through our journeys.0

Somedays i find it so difficult to get out of bed to get to work on time. I'm trying to get a 20 min excersize routine in in the morning. Maybe i need to change that to after work. I seem to be setting myself up for failure.0

This past week I have been doing the 30 day shred in the morning before work or class. It helps me to be in a better mood for the rest of the day. However, not everyone is a morning person, so if that doesn't work for you, maybe evenings would be a better time to work out and work off the stress of the day0
