I think there is an entry for jumping jacks under cardiovascular. Generally, you'll burn an average of about 10 calories per minute, so if it takes you 10 min to complete, then that would be 100 calories.0 -

Ok I've woken up at 06:30 as planned, I feel awful after a terrible nights sleep and sore from working out yesterday but I am going to do these jumping jacks.....................
