Cost of Crossfit?

My local Crossfit is $165 to $210 per month depending on which program you choose.
I'm curious how much others pay? Is that in the range of what you pay? It seems a bit unreasonable to me. I'm just trying to get a sense of what others pay, because I see others posting that they pay $10 per class, and I don't think we have that option here. So, just want to get a pulse across the country what people are paying, if you don't mind sharing.
This is not ABOUT if YOU like CF or not or if you think it's dangerous. Take your attitude and go away. If you don't like Crossfit, DO NOT POST ABOUT IT HERE. START YOUR OWN THREAD. you've been warned.
Thanks.

Morning!
I pay $125+tax for unlimited but they did just increase it for new members but I am not sure what the new price is. I think 2 days a week was $85 and 3 was $105 or something like that. They discount it 5-10% if you pay 6months/1year up front. I hear it's actually one of the lowest prices in my area, and I'm in a small town in Ohio. You can pay $15 per class as a guest. They often have GroupOns for newbies at a great discount - like $40, but that's only for the 1st month to try it out. My Box happens to be in a gym, and the price of CrossFit includes the use of the other equipment and classes as well. So, that is an extra perk. Guess you need to move to OH. (Ok - I think I'd pay the extra $ to live in CA!)
I won't comment on if I like it per your request - you know where to find me, but I hear many talk about the price. Here is my logic....I go 5-6 days a week which equates to about $5-$6 a class. I used to spend that on a meal deal at a fast food restaurant. Also, I have never in my life stuck to a program as I have this one - and I can't put a price on my health.

in New Mexico they average around $90 for 3x weekly WODs and $125 for unlimited0

Free
Military post, gym is free and the class is free.
I don't go but just thought I would answer0 -
$95 (3 per week) to $126 (unlimited) equivalent (it would be £60 - £80 per month in the UK)0

Thanks. I already go to a gym. It's not a health issue, CF just appeals to me.
Oh well, maybe it's just not in the cards for me. I'll never own a house on the beach, a $5,000 Amani suit, a Maserati, or a CF membership card.Morning!

$125 per week for 3 weekly sessions..Not sure of the weekly rate.....Free Sessions on Saturdays (whoopee..not). Great regimen, but I had to let it go because it was too costly. I still go on some of the free Saturdays when I can though.0

Thanks all. It doesn't look like its just me then. Thanks for your input. With so many going, I trout maybe there was something I was missing. But, I guess not.
Thanks again.0 -

Two. Same pricing here in Los Angeles. There is one person on my fl that pays half this amount. Even she will admit that the price she pays is unusually low0

Mine is around $19/session. You paid for sessions and not a monthly rate.0
