    other than 'eat right and exercise' haha, here's some stuff that's helped me:

    -workout buddy!! (my friend and I are doing a 'challenge' of sorts.
    - i started juicing to get more nutrients from fruits/veggies that i wouldn't normally eat
    - i gave up gluten/wheat, and dairy in the summer due to health reasons
    -start small and work your way up ( I NEVER thought i'd be training for a 5k)
    -if you slip up, don't say 'oh well i screwed today up, i'll start again tomorrow" just make the rest of your day healthy.
    - i also found it helpful to make a vision board. it's hanging next to my bed so i see it when i wake up and go to bed. magazine articles, old pics of the skinny me, pics of cute clothes, quotes, etc. it REALLY helps give me an extra boost.
