I have been dieting for just over 3 weeks now, I have mostly stuck to my 1200 a day
I also use an exercise bike everyday for a good 10 mins (will increase soon) I have weighed myself again and I have lost another pound totalling my loss at 9 pounds.
i do have a fair few to loose, does this sound about right?

Depends on what you set your weight loss goal for (1 pound, 2 pounds) - my first week of diving in and going full force with MFP and exercise I lost 4 pounds (set my goal at 2 pounds and am too at 1200 calories). I learned quickly that Aunt Flo slows down my weight loss but the week after down 3 pounds again. I also am starting to understand my body and tend to keep my calories around 1300- 1400 - that seems to be the magic number for me! Great job with your weight loss! Good luck!!0

You will tend to lose a good amount of weight right away especially if you have made drastic changes. Don't get discouraged when the weight starts coming off more slowly. Also EAT MORE!!! Especially if you are going to increase your workouts!0

Wow 9 pounds in 3 weeks is amazing, Congrats, this is my 2nd week on here, but nothing drastic I just keep track of my calories now and try to stay under 1500, I´ve lost 3 lbs, but I´m extremely happy:D
I think it sounds right if you are eating less and much more healthier because diet is 70% and exersize 30% of the work for weightloss. Again, congrats!
My weekly goal loss is of 1lb by the way.0 -
Thank you all!
when i increase exercise i will up my calories so i stay healthy.
Good luck to you all and i hope you get to where you want to be0
